Submit your application

All of our applications are funneled through an applicant tracking system. A member of our HR team will review the applications and contact those who are shortlisted.

Phone screen

If shortlisted, we'll give you a call to learn more about your work history and interest in the role. We can also explain more about the position and the Insurance Council.

Virtual or In-person interview

Let's meet. Those selected for an interview will be invited to meet with the hiring team. This involved meeting with the hiring manager, HR, and at times another member of the team. We have interview questions we'll go through, and we'll give you the opportunity to ask questions as well.

Behavioural interview

TTI Assessment We believe that fit is important. For you and for us. That's why we've invested in research backed assessment to learn more about your communication style, soft skills and driving forces. You'll receive a report of the assessment and be invited to have a conversation about it.

Evaluate and decide
